Unlike technology, Agave is pure and perfect in its static original state. However, its culture is threatened by over exposure—a 30% growth in 2021—and the artisans alone are unable to counter these forces. 

Agave however has some very unique aspects that don’t make it an ideal crop to mass produce, and thus impatience of supply chains have been culling plants far too soon in their growth cycle. Being believers in technology to solve problems, we are using new technologies to counter these trends and restore independence and generational pride to the true artisans, the farmer, thus ensuring that a full-term crop is economically viable.
