You will receive a limited license to the generative artworks by buying the NFT subject to the Terms and Conditions, meaning that you don’t actually own the intellectual property rights.

No. Bottles are sold only by licensed retailers. After you buy an NFT, go to the discord channel to redeem your coupon code. That code will be sent via email to you with a link to the licensed online retailer.
Yes. You can list it on OpenSea or other NFT exchanges to find a buyer. They can come back to the discord channel to redeem their coupon code.
No. You can be a member, but you need to be 21 to participate in the tastings and to buy a bottle from the online retailer in the US.
